By accessing or using UPSCAbhyas AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by UPSCAbhyas AI based in India.

2. Description of Service

UPSCAbhyas AI provides AI-powered UPSC preparation tools including an AI Mentor for doubt-solving, answer evaluation for Mains practice, MCQ quizzes and test series for Prelims, and daily current affairs — all designed to help civil services aspirants prepare more effectively.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Platform's features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

The Platform offers Free, Pro (Monthly/Annual), and Lifetime Pass plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Pro subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; the Lifetime Pass is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase — contact support@upscabhyas.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse AI features for purposes other than UPSC preparation; attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform; share, resell, or redistribute content generated by the Platform; use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform; or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI Mentor, answer evaluations, explanations, and other AI-generated content are provided for educational guidance only. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Users should cross-verify critical information with standard UPSC preparation materials. UPSCAbhyas AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on the Platform are owned by UPSCAbhyas AI. Users retain ownership of their submitted answers and content. By submitting content, you grant UPSCAbhyas AI a non-exclusive license to use it for improving the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

UPSCAbhyas AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific exam results. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notifications.
